Launch an AI channel for your method
If you help people and want to make your approach accessible to more of them, I invite you to join LIGHTNET.
My name is Valery Litvin. I’m building a platform where you can create an AI channel for your method: give it your knowledge, practices and way of communicating, offer access by subscription and build a business around it.
I want you to be able to take each person’s circumstances into account and support more people than your schedule of one-to-one sessions allows.
The launch fee is a one-time $99, with no monthly platform fee for experts. Any subscription revenue remaining after direct costs is split: 75% to you, 25% to LIGHTNET.
Your approach can become a standalone product
You have experience that helps others. You know which questions to ask, how to explain difficult things and what to suggest someone try. A channel makes that approach available for independent use: someone can turn to it during the day, discuss their feelings, get an explanation or do a practice.
A journal and memory help the channel take account of the person’s relationships, recent events, concerns and what they have already tried. We are developing a way for the channel to follow up on a suggested practice and help make sense of the result, without waiting for the person to return with a question.
A subscription will let people work regularly with your method, and let you earn even when you are not holding a session. The channel can be a standalone offer for your audience and support people you already work with one-to-one.
What your channel will be like
You will have an app on your own domain. Inside are your method’s digital mind, the person’s journal and practices they can work with independently.
You decide how the channel helps: what it pays attention to, which questions it asks, how it explains things and when it recommends seeking other help. A recognizable way of communicating keeps the connection to you. The AI responds according to your approach; its messages are not presented as personal correspondence from you.
Your method and original materials remain yours. You manage the channel’s content and behaviour in Studio; LIGHTNET provides the app and shared infrastructure. Analytics help you examine how practices are used, but do not automatically give you access to private journals.
How we will work together
I’m personally helping the first group of experts with small private practices. We start by getting to know each other: whom you help, how your method works and what kind of support you want to offer through the channel.
After agreeing the terms and paying, you receive an app with a basic setup and access to Studio. There you describe your approach, add practices and set boundaries. I help you learn the tools at no extra onboarding charge.
Then you test the channel on situations from your practice. Do you recognize your approach? Does it suggest an exercise when appropriate? Does it notice when other help is needed? You refine the settings based on those answers. When you are ready, you invite your audience and keep developing the channel in response to their experience.
I help with the launch and technology while you learn to manage the channel. Custom development and doing the entire setup for you are not included in this offer.
What to prepare for our first conversation
Tell me about your approach, share a few typical questions from your audience and give examples of your practices. Explain what you work with and which issues you do not take on. You do not need to turn everything into a large course beforehand: we will start with the material you already have and discuss a suitable first channel.
What I take care of
LIGHTNET gives you:
- an app on your domain, running on the platform’s shared infrastructure;
- Studio to manage your method, practices and channel behaviour;
- AI and personal memory;
- hosting, updates and subscription tools;
- an initial allowance of AI resources within agreed limits;
- my help learning Studio and launching.
I develop the technology so you can focus on your method and the people you help. You invite your audience, work with feedback and improve the channel. It operates within LIGHTNET’s shared safety rules and the limits of your expertise. The channel does not replace medical care, psychotherapy or emergency help.
What it costs
The launch fee is a one-time $99. Experts pay no monthly platform fee.
Any subscription revenue remaining after direct costs is split: 75% to you, 25% to LIGHTNET.
Which costs are deducted?
Indirect taxes, refunds, payment expenses and the direct cost of serving your channel’s paying and free users. Company-wide expenses and the cost of serving someone else’s audience are not included. I fund development, general marketing and research from LIGHTNET’s share. No expense is deducted twice.
How are costs limited?
A limited initial resource allowance applies until you have your first paying subscribers. Free usage stays within a channel budget agreed in advance. If the balance is negative, further spending is limited under the agreed rules; we will not automatically treat the shortfall as a debt you owe.
What do we agree before payment?
The service rate, the list of deductions, free-access limits, the accounting period and reporting. You will be able to assess the terms before deciding to launch.
Income depends on demand, costs and whether people want to keep using the channel. Launching alone does not guarantee subscribers or earnings.
